Senior Commercial Litigation - Insolvency Lawyer | Sydney Cbd

Commercial Litigation - Insolvency Lawyer position available with a highly regarded Commercial Disputes - Insolvency team in a Sydney CBD practice.

What the position focuses on:
Collaborating in the practice area that is led by 2 partners
Work autonomously on debt recovery matters and work as part of a team on large litigation and insolvency matters
Drafting documents such as letters of demand, subpoenas, pleadings and affidavits
Appear at Direction Hearings.

Requirements:
5 years + PAE in Commercial Litigation - Insolvency
Experience in drafting bankruptcy notices, statutory demands and supporting documents
Credit level onwards academic achievements
Ability to work independently and in a team
