The Senior Commercial Leasing Officer:
Coordinates the optimal use of CHQ property (land and buildings), revenue leases and a range of occupancy licenses and management agreements.Requires a detailed operating knowledge of the management of commercial revenue leased and license agreements, landlord obligations, property governance and control arrangements for the Statewide CHQ portfolio including clinical and non-clinical workspaces.Coordinates and manages in identifying potential tenants, negotiating revenue lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with all legal and financial obligations.Manages the crucial role of maximizing occupancy rates and focusing on revenue generation through leases and licenses.Develops and maintains effective working relations.What CHQ HHS can offer Apart from contributing to the development of Australia's best paediatric health service, you will also benefit from a competitive remuneration package and a working environment which embraces professional development, builds capabilities, and supports staff to maximise their health and wellbeing.
