Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring all agreements meet legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years PAE in Commercial Law Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, with a proven track record in handling complex legal matters.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to meet billable targets and manage multiple priorities effectively.
