Reporting to the CFO, your remit will include driving a culture of business partnering across the ANZ finance team, shifting away from traditional reporting to an insights-driven approach, while ensuring a robust accounting function.
The role is ideally suited to an experienced Commercial Finance Manager / Controller who thrives on continuous improvement, who is looking for an exciting and fulfilling role.
The ChallengeSome of your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating board reports, business plans and insights on business drivers/KPI'sProviding business partnering to the MD and ELT level stakeholdersOverseeing the production of month-end, P&L and balance sheetProactively managing and improving the reporting suite (using PowerBI or similar)Identifying and recommending actionable insights to improve financial performanceDesigning and implementing new systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and the service provided by financeOverseeing the control framework for ANZLeading and managing a high performing team of (6-8 direct reports), developing talent from within and empowering a strong culture of business partneringThe ExpertisePlease consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
