Senior Collections Officer

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Collection Officer, looking for an exciting opportunity in healthcare? You will bring strong collections and stakeholder management expertise as well as strong organisational skills to maximise cashflow and mitigate bad debt.
As a Collection Officer your main responsibilities will include: Daily follow up of overdue invoices with relevant FundsRaising internal disputes on behalf of Patient and FundsInvestigation of unresolved disputes with Healthscope Hospitals, ensuring timely issue resolution to mitigate aged debt.Timely resolution of internal and external customer queriesAssisting with End-to-End collection activities for Patient Debt, including outbound and inbound telephone calls; and any other collection tasks as instructed.Provide feedback for process improvements and team presentations.Selection Criteria: Strong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailWorks well independently and within a teamWorked to deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Medium excel and reconciliation skills be highly regarded.Why Healthscope?
