What role will you play?As a Collaboration Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of the delivery of Zoom as a service for Macquarie. You will serve as a global subject matter expert in the architecture and administration of the platform and will represent the top level of internal case escalations.
What you offer5+ years of experience as a Zoom Administrator, and expertise on all associated Zoom product offerings and services.Connector, VDI integration, ZDM, CRC, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom contact center.Prior participation in Zoom architectural design and integration/onboarding of Zoom would be beneficial.Strong background in collaboration tools and services (MS Teams, WebEx, Slack).Experience working within a highly-regulated environment for an organization with a global presence.Experience with Pexip Connect would be highly advantageous.Knowledge of network and technology infrastructure is beneficial.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
