What role will you play? As a Collaboration Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of the delivery of Zoom as a service for Macquarie. You will serve as a global subject matter expert in the architecture and administration of the platform and will represent the top level of internal case escalations.
What you offer 5+ years of experience as a Zoom Administrator, and expertise on all associated Zoom product offerings and services. Connector, VDI integration, ZDM, CRC, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom contact center. Prior participation in Zoom architectural design and integration/onboarding of Zoom would be beneficial. Strong background in collaboration tools and services (MS Teams, WebEx, Slack). Experience working within a highly-regulated environment for an organization with global presence. Experience with Pexip Connect would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of network and technology infrastructure is beneficial. We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
