full-time or permanent part-time senior trainer / manager
to join our team!

We are on the lookout for a passionate, confident, and highly motivated Lead Trainer who wants to be part of a dynamic and high-performing coaching team at our BFT studio in St Leonards.

Body Fit Training is Australia's fastest growing and most advanced group training methodology. We've incorporated scientifically proven training techniques into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are overseen by award-winning coaches in a dynamic group environment. We follow an elite periodised program with heart rate-specific training to help each member achieve the results that they are after.

About The Role

BFT St Leonards is on the lookout for a skilled, passionate coach to play a senior role in our coaching team, support membership sales, and coach a range of sessions throughout the week!

Qualifications and Experience

You will have the following qualifications and experience


Certificate 3 in Group Fitness and Certificate 4 in Personal Training

Ideally minimum 2 year's experience in a coaching role

Proven success in sustaining a client base

Current CPR and First Aid Certificate

Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training

Available for a mixed AM and PM shift schedule as well as Saturdays
