You'll report into the Cloud and Networking Lead, and be involved in the operation and opimisation of cloud resources, and ensuring the secure and efficient use of cloud services.
Key responsibilities: Design, Develop, and Secure Azure Cloud Solutions. Build and code scalable and secure infrastructure, showcasing your experience with Azure Platform and Terraform. Automate Delivery and Improve CI/CD. Develop and maintain automated build and deployment processes, continuously improving CI/CD practices. Drive Platform Excellence, by building in guardrails and safeguards, participating in reviews, and collaborate to guarantee a well-architected, secure, and cost-efficient platform. Build observability in to understand how the platform behaves at scale, and work to reduce time to resolution. Support the Organization by collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes, providing support during incidents, and improving platform reliability. Required skills: Very strong experience configuring and securing Azure PaaS and IaaS services, Azure Networking, and a solid understanding of best practices. Strong Terraform experience pivotal. Worked extensively with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TFS, Azure DevOps, Git Actions, GitLab). Experience with containerization (Docker), container orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS), and understanding of microservices architecture. Strong capabilities with scripting (PowerShell preferred). Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-moving organisation.
