The single most important goal of AMAH is to create an environment that facilitates clinical recovery, supports individual recovery efforts and strives to minimise service system barriers to the recovery process.Community Residential Rehabilitation Services: Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) provides short-term community residential support services for up to 28 days in a step up and step-down model for consumers living within the AMAH catchment area. The PARC service model is a partnership between AMAH and ERMHA 365 with a focus on psychosocial support and recovery.What you'll be doing: In this role, you will provide consistently high standards of clinical treatment and recovery to clients who access the PARC program. You will provide clinical leadership to the AMAH and ERMHA teams in conjunction with the consultant psychiatrist and ERMHA practice lead. You will be required to complete assessments with ERMHA 365 staff to assess the suitability of clients for the PARC program and lead the multidisciplinary review process.
