We are currently supporting one of our clients to recruit for a Senior Clinician or Clinician. You will play a pivotal part in the clinical leadership and service delivery within a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will drive the assessment and treatment of individuals in a correctional setting, focusing on complex needs and behavior change programs. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, facilitating evidence-based group therapy programs, and providing supervision to junior clinicians. You will implement trauma-informed care practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and rehabilitation frameworks such as the Good Lives Model (GLM) and Risk Need Responsivity (RNR). Key Duties: Lead comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee treatment plans for complex cases.Facilitate advanced group-based interventions and individualized therapeutic programs for offenders.Mentor and supervise junior clinicians, fostering professional growth and adherence to best practice standards.Develop and review clinical reports, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, integrated care.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program evaluation efforts.Skills and Experience: Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, or relevant registration in social work or occupational therapy.Extensive experience in offender rehabilitation, with deep knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, GLM, and RNR principles.Proven leadership skills in managing clinical teams and providing supervision for complex cases.Strong clinical assessment and report writing abilities, with excellent risk management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary settings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Benefits: Senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape clinical practice and mentor a team.Access to ongoing professional development, research involvement, and training with leading experts in forensic and clinical care.Funded AHPRA registration or professional association membership.Study leave, mentoring opportunities, and subsidized gym membership.Relocation package available #J-18808-Ljbffr
