We are currently supporting one of our clients to recruit for a Senior Clinician or Clinician. You will play a pivotal part in the clinical leadership and service delivery within a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will drive the assessment and treatment of individuals in a correctional setting, focusing on complex needs and behavior change programs. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, facilitating evidence-based group therapy programs, and providing supervision to junior clinicians. You will implement trauma-informed care practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and rehabilitation frameworks such as the Good Lives Model (GLM) and Risk Need Responsivity (RNR).
