Senior Clinician, FBG Group
Melbourne VIC
Other (Consulting & Strategy)
Full time
As a Senior Clinician, you will be delivering proactive workplace interventions, wellbeing support, coaching, and advice to a variety of FBG clients. You will work with employees in diverse roles based within government, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
You will provide regular opportunities for them to meet with you to assess their mental health and wellbeing and provide evidence-based interventions. A large proportion will have good mental health and wellbeing levels, and you will assist employees to maintain or improve their wellbeing levels. Our clients/employers, providing this service to their employees, are aware of the potential impacts over time for vicarious trauma, cumulative trauma, burnout, and other impacts due to the nature of the work and the psychosocial hazards to which their people may be exposed over time.
You will facilitate these sessions with a variety of clients from different professions and industries and levels of seniority via telehealth or face-to-face at the FBG office or client's workplace. These clients may work as Judicial Officers, Court staff, Principals, Lawyers, Justice workers, and other specialists working in roles in which regular opportunities to reflect on their work and wellbeing are proactively supported by their employer.
