Take Two's program provides training, consultation, and reflective practice to the wider Children and Family Services sector and conducts and disseminates evaluation research on Take Two's therapeutic services. Take Two is a flagship site of the Child Trauma Academy implementing the Model of Neurosequential Therapeutics to guide intervention planning.

We offer specialised services such as the Intensive Therapeutic Service (ITS), a statewide program funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) and managed by Berry Street. In collaboration with community service partners, Take Two also supports many programs statewide, especially in the Loddon region.

As a Senior Clinician , you will:
Provide therapeutic leadership support to the Take Two team. Offer intensive support to children, young people, and families impacted by trauma. Supervise and mentor clinicians, contribute to training programs, and collaborate with the Clinical Team Leader. Manage a diverse and complex caseload. Deliver local outreach services in the Loddon region. We are looking for a passionate and values-driven Senior Clinician with:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. A post-graduate degree is preferred. Experience working with diverse clients, showing creativity and flexibility in your clinical approach. Strong assessment, treatment, and report-writing skills. Experience with secondary consultation and staff supervision is a bonus. Passion for being strength-based and trauma-informed.
