To excel in this role, you'll bring: Qualifications and expertise: A social work degree or equivalent qualification eligible for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.Skills and abilities: Strong clinical reasoning, leadership within multidisciplinary teams, advanced communication skills, and the ability to foster inclusion, critical thinking, and engagement.Experience: Extensive background in social work clinical specialties, managing complex cases, supervising staff or students, and driving service improvements through evidence-based initiatives.Knowledge: Solid understanding of evidence-based practices, health system dynamics, research methodologies, and compliance with relevant legislation.
