super):  $54.80 - $62.71 Hours per fortnight:   80 hours Psychiatry Adult (includes an ADO evry 4 weeks) & 32 hours in the Residential Rehabilitation Employment Status:  Ongoing - Full time in Psychiatry Adult & Ongoing Part time in Residential Rehabilitation Closing date:  15/01/2025 Role Description We have two Senior Clinical Psychologist positions for you to choose from!
We have designed these positions so that you will have great opportunity to exercise your therapeutic and assessment expertise!
One position is in our inpatient precinct, which includes our acute inpatient unit, our extended care unit and our parent – infant unit.
This is a full time position.
The 2nd position is in our Dual Diagnosis Unit which is part time (two days per week) which is for adults who have both a AOD and mental health diagnoses.
In both positions we are seeking candidates who are wanting to work with a variety of complex presentations, where you will be able to undertake comprehensive assessments (which could include some cognitive/personality assessment), clinical formulation, collaboration with our psychiatrists and multi-disciplinary team, over diagnostic dilemma's, provide psychological interventions in individual/group format, as well as, provide recommendations to the multidisciplinary treatment teams!

Acute Precinct role: Greater opportunity for diagnostic clarification and working with both short term and longer term inpatient admissions,  as well as a greater variety of presentations, including patients admitted to the parent-infant unit We value your expertise in providing psychological interventions, to our longer term patients and your skills in establishing rapport and positive therapeutic alliances with patients with a number of co-morbidities.
We will be seeking your knowledge and ability to make therapeutically orientated recommendations to families and patients and to work with therapeutically in both a group and individual format Need more  information?

Dual Diagnosis role: DDU follows a recovery oriented practice, working on both the Substance abuse disorder, as well as facilitating the recovery from mental illness.
Typically, patients have admissions up to 3 months.
Your expertise in both individual and group therapies will be required and your assessment skills, including personality and cognitive skills will be greatly appreciated.
Your interest in working with a population of people with both significant alcohol and drug, as well as high and low prevalence disorders will be your greatest asset  Need more  information?
