Senior Clinical Education - Interdisciplinary (Allied Health) Limestone Coast Local Health Network, Country Health Connect, Mount Gambier Temporary Part Time (45 hours per fortnight up to 27 June 2025) Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing Allied Health education and professional development across the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) . As a Senior Clinical Educator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the delivery of Allied Health services in rural and remote settings, fostering the next generation of Allied Health professionals, and ensuring high-quality clinical education and training for students and Supervisors alike.
Salary: $104,180 - $111,746 p.a (pro rata) - AHP3
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Clinical Education: Lead the development and coordination of clinical education and training for Allied Health students, as well as Supervisors of students on placement across LCLHN. Collaborate with Educational Institutions: Partner with University, TAFE SA, and High Schools to manage the coordination of VET students undertaking Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, as well as work experience placements. Provide Clinical Teaching & Consultancy: Deliver quality clinical education, provide clinical teaching, and offer inter-professional clinical education consultancy services across the health network. Quality Evaluation: Contribute to the evaluation of clinical teaching and placement experiences, and use feedback to enhance educational programs and student outcomes. Support Allied Health Student Supervisors: Offer guidance and support to Supervisors in their roles, ensuring effective learning experiences for students in real-world clinical settings. Provide Expert Advice: Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice to LCLHN management and educational partners on clinical education and development opportunities. Why Join Us?
