The Dietetics department at Alice Springs Hospital is seeking an experienced P3 Senior Clinical Dietitian.

This position provides senior clinical leadership within the Central Australian Region, Dietetics Department.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high quality, culturally appropriate nutritional expertise and consultancy to inpatient wards, outpatients, renal units, food service and other health professionals of Alice Springs Hospital and Renal services.

You will lead and contribute to continuous quality improvement, participate in departmental audits and coordinate and support student supervision within the department.

You will possess relevant qualifications or equivalent in Nutrition and Dietetics to enable eligibility for the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) program of Dietitians Australia (DA).
You will have extensive acute clinical experience, demonstrated awareness of multicultural issues and their impact on clinical practice, and an ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultures.
