As a Senior Clinician, you will be delivering proactive workplace interventions, wellbeing support, coaching, and advice to a variety of FBG clients. You will work with employees appointed to roles within government, private, and Not-for-Profit sectors, to assess their mental health and wellbeing and provide evidence-based interventions. You will facilitate sessions for clients from different professions and industries and levels of seniority via telehealth or face-to-face at the FBG office or client's workplace. These clients may work as Judicial Officers, Court staff, Principals, and specialists in roles where regular opportunities to reflect on their work and wellbeing are proactively supported by their employer due to the nature of the work.
