Senior Client Services Officer

THE OPPORTUNITY: Our client is a well established and highly reputable financial planning firm who have been in operation for almost 50 years.
They are based in the Brisbane Southern suburbs within 2km of the CBD, and offer a holistic advice service to their client base made up of business professionals and their families.
In this position as a Senior CSO, you will support the team of financial advisers, assisting with review packs for client meetings, advice implementation, and assist with supporting a team of junior CSOs.
This position will provide you with client contact.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide full adviser support to financial advisers Implementation of advice documents Prepare review packs for client meetings Opportunity to guide and mentor others in the office Provide assistance to junior CSOs Provide a high level of client service; maintaining and developing client relationships Follow up with clients/product providers ABOUT YOU: Ideally 5+ years experience as a Client Services Officer Strong foundational knowledge in financial planning (processes and legislation) Experience working with Xplan is ideal Ability to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail Efficient and accurate with your work and workflows Ideally happy to remain in a Client Services position Salary is flexible depending on experience, but will be around $75,000 - $80,000 + super.
