Duties and responsibilities include: Provide high levels of customer service, acting as the contact point for new and existing clientsProvide administrative support to your team, undertaking fact finds, preparing for client meetings, assisting with implementation and compliance, ad hoc administration duties within the teamFacilitation of client advice implementation and ensure appropriate processing, proactively following up on on applications and documentationManage communications between all stakeholders, both internal and external, including product providers, insurers, investments, and superannuation funds;Follow policies, processes and service standards to ensure legislative compliance is upheld, with a high attention to detail We are looking for someone with: Working experience as a Client Service Office supporting Financial AdvisersClient focused with aims to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of our clientsOutstanding organisation, communication and interpersonal skillsA desire to learn with a growth mindset towards their developmentA self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously or collaboratively within a close teamStrong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude
