Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Full time Salary: $72,266 - $73,629/annum + Super + Salary packaging
An exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate with strong administrative skills to make a difference!
The Senior Client Services Officer is responsible for data collation, entry, and integrity of billing activity for Community Services in addition to general administration support to the Community Services leadership team.
The role includes reviewing, investigating, and resolving initial billing rejections and escalating complex rejections to the Administrative Coordinator as required.
The role provides a critical link between our administrative team and our Support Workers, providing a high level of support as needed for our teams' successful use of our Community Inclusion app whilst in the field.
How you'll make a differenceAs Senior Client Services Officer, you will:
Facilitate data flow from service provision to claiming to ensure services provided are accurately and promptly claimed via the Customer Management System to enable the Finance Team to process payments.Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate entry of service delivery records to facilitate revenue claiming.Maintain concurrent data tracking tools within our Customer Management System.Identify, coordinate and deliver additional support to our Support Workers in regard to capturing correct billing information from their assigned Jobs, through the use of the Skedulo app.Production of documents including documentation Quality control.Assist the Administrative Coordinator in business unit projects, reporting, and leave cover.Our employees are deeply connected with our vision and work hard to support our customers to achieve their goals.

Tertiary qualification or equivalent is desirableExperience working in a similar role and organisation - working in the disability sector would be an advantageHighly developed administrative and communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of peopleAbility to work under pressure in a rapidly changing operating environment and meeting monthly deadlinesGood team player with the ability to build relationshipsWell-developed time management, prioritisation and organisational skillsGood level of Microsoft Office product proficiencyStrong alignment & commitment to Ability WA Values.National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, and COVID-19 Vaccination CertificateAt Ability WA, we care about finding the right people to join us hence encourage you to apply even if you don't meet 100% of our selection requirements.
