APM is excited to be part of the Federal Government?Assessment and Referral Initiative?for older Australians to access the care they need to remain living independently in their chosen community. ?We are committed to excellence in service delivery and looking for people with a passion for aged care and enabling better lives.?  About the role As a Senior Client Services Officer in the APM Reviews Team you will be responsible for; Using your assessment skills and Aged Care experience to conduct telephone-based support plan reviews Completing any follow up correspondence Essential Requirements Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Community Services or other health related discipline Eligible to work in Australia Excellent communication skills (written and oral) when liaising with clients, assessors, external and internal stakeholders A professional and empathetic communication style Experience in a call centre environment    The successful candidate will have: A desire to genuinely better the lives of others and deliver excellent customer service To undertake Statement of Attainment (SOA2) Home Support Assessor training (unless already certified) Strong computer skills Flexible to work with fluctuating operational demands An ability to work in (and with) a fast paced environment Familiarity with aged care, disability or health services would be highly regarded but not essential   Why Apply  You will be part of a stable and growing global employer. For the last 25 years, APM has been enabling better lives through a range of services including employment, allied health intervention, community care and workplace health. We also are offering:  Personal use of smart phone and laptop  You will be part of the APM group of companies, a network of national and international health brands, offering and an exciting path of career development opportunities for you to explore.  Salary dependent on experience   For the last 25 years,?we've?been enabling better lives through employment services, assessment services, allied health intervention, community care and workplace health.
