Senior Client Services Officer

We are currently working with a successful financial planning firm recruiting a Senior Client Services Officer to work as part of an excellent team supporting the director of the firm who has over 15 years of experience in the industry.
This role is to enhance client relationships and ensure all support is streamlined for the firm.
About the role: Calendar management Implementation of SOA's Full onboarding after the client meeting Liaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers, and other third parties to follow up on transactions Ensure platforms are up-to-date and review processes and templates within to ensure they remain relevant Managing annual reviews Pre and post client meeting administration About you: 5+ years experience in financial planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
