Senior Client Services Officer

We are currently working with a successful financial planning firm recruiting a Senior Client Services Officer to work as part of an excellent team supporting the directors of the firm who have over 20 yrs experience in the industry.
This role is to enhance the client relationships and ensure all support is streamlined for the firm.
About the role: Calendar management Implementation of SOA's Full onboarding after the client meeting Liaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers and other third parties to follow up transactions Ensure platforms are up-to-date and review processes and templates within to ensure they remain relevant Managing annual reviews Pre and post client meeting administration About you: 5+ yrs experience in financial planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
