About the Role:
This opportunity represents an exciting opening within our Personal Advice team. As a Senior Client Service Officer you will work collaboratively with our Client Services team to provide a higher level of support to Advisers in relation to the advice preparation process, onboarding of new clients and servicing of existing clients.
In addition, you will be working closely with the Client Services Manager and assisting in process improvement, workflow management and training of new staff.
You will be fundamental in providing an ongoing service to a portfolio of clients, and assisting our Advisers with the implementation of new business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the Client Services Manager with workflow management and process improvement. Train and support new Client Service Officers (onshore and offshore) as required. Establish and maintain strong client and key stakeholder partnerships. Assist advisers with research and Advice File Note (AFN) production as required. Manage client workflow and queries, responding in a timely manner to deliver value and service. Attend client meetings, take minutes and complete action items when required. Action and prepare client paperwork and reports with a high level of accuracy. Actively manage the FDS and Fee Consent process with clients. Document and maintain client records in accordance with compliance obligations, and provide administrative assistance where required. Identify future client opportunities and discuss with relevant stakeholders. New Business Implementation. Claims Management. Management of Annual Review process. Experience and Skills:
Must have 3+ years experience as a Client Services Officer/Manager in the Financial Planning Industry. Specific and current knowledge of superannuation, investment and insurance advice. Working knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance. In-depth knowledge of claims processes. Experience using Xplan is desired. Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Adobe Pro.
