Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently looking for a Client Service Officer to work within a large sports precinct facility that hosts activities, events and conferences for sports organisations, sports teams, community, and school groups. If you enjoy working in a team environment, interacting with different visitors and offering a high level of customer service whilst ensuring safe and operational surrounds, this role is for you On the job training and development opportunities, work life balance and make a difference in the community Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Check venue run sheets and booking information, planning ahead for future days and weeks as required. Perform hirer inductions for primary event contacts, canteen, gator and other event/client inductions. Perform contractor inductions and assist the Operations team as required to provide access and job details and feedback. Take and respond to incoming venue enquiries via phone and email during and outside of standard business hours. Managing financial payments through the venue's booking system and executing end of day financial reports. Assist in the coordination of staff and resources to meet booking and event requirements. Attend and contribute to pre-event meetings. Set up and packdown sports fields, leisure centre courts, and meeting rooms as required. Event day supervision and coordination. Perform end of day administration and facility management procedures Ensure safety and presentation of all venue areas What we are looking for: Availability to work between Monday and Sunday, 38 hours per week on a casual basis. Previous experience and/or qualification within the sport, recreation, health or fitness fields.
