The Role
In this role, you will be working with the advice team to provide professional administrative support in managing client affairs accurately and timely, with the main focus on implementation work. Your primary responsibilities will include: Processing of day-to-day administrative tasks  Scheduling and following up on client appointments Updating client information into XPLAN Assisting the team with the implementation of advice as required About You
You have a proven track record in client support within the financial planning industry today and are passionate about delivering outstanding results. You are proactive & use your initiative to create successful client outcomes. You also understand how your role contributes to the growth of our client, assisting in their reputation as an organisation of choice. You want to progress your career and enjoy professional development.
