The Role:
As a Senior Client & Strategy Manager, you will identify, bid for, and secure project opportunities from both new and existing clients. Your role will be across Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing functions.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with Directors, Office Leaders, and Business Development Managers to develop and validate business leads.Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions to qualify opportunities and formulate winning strategies.Plan and enhance industry relationships with the Director and Senior Design team.Develop and implement opportunity plans, managing from qualification to project closure.Maintain and update pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.Utilize client and industry relationships to meet business development goals.Engage larger organizations, identifying suitable clients and managing risks.Communicate core capabilities to stakeholders, aligning with client objectives.Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and handling client objections.Skills: Excellent client communication, writing, and active listening skills.Strong relationship-building, both pre- and post-project.Commercial Fitout & Refurbishment Connections and established network.D&C connections are desirable.Effective negotiation skills for project closure.Strategic thinking in response to client opportunities.Initiative in driving sales through innovative ideas.Collaborative mindset in attracting, pitching, and delivering projects.Success Factors: Progress opportunities through milestones.Secure formal engagements for projects.Generate revenue from new and existing clients.Maintain high-quality client relationships.Contribute to branding, marketing, and sales.Demonstrate effective teamwork and achieve client satisfaction.Introduce new ideas and drive continuous improvement.Benefits: Work for a company that puts people first; promoting diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.Competitive salary & commission structure.Enjoy a friendly and welcoming work environment.Social events and team building activities.If you are keen to learn more about the role or know someone, please call Lucia on 0435 413 825 or email your CV to ******Senior Client Relationship Manager | ACR World
