Ideally you will have the ability to identify & develop new business.Provide strategic financial advice to clients, striving to help them achieve their ambitions.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting.Mentor and guide junior accountants.Assist clients with business planning and growth strategies.Lead client meetings and presentations.Proactively manage & drive team workflow efficiently.Meet individual KPIs and contribute to meeting organisation KPIs.What you'll bring…5-7 years accounting experience in a professional firm managing a client portfolio and managing a team.Proficiency in Xero.Exceptional analytical & communication skills.Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and accuracy.A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.Curious by nature, you have the desire to invest in your clients and make it personal.Candidates must reside in Australia and have permanent unrestricted work rights.
