This role is responsible for driving best practice client retention activity across National, improving client experience, and delivering on client needs.
We are looking for an expert insurance professional with a strategic mentality who will be responsible for driving delivery and embedding client retention strategies nationally, focusing primarily on high service clients and industry groups.

What the day will look like Strengthening Aon National's value proposition across High Service Clients and Industry GroupsStrengthening technical and client engagement capabilities to ensure clear articulation of our value propositions and that the best advice and service is being delivered to clientsDriving improvements to deliver more consistent client experience from acquisition through to renewalsEmbedding focus on delivering on our client service strategy and partnering with the Regional DirectorsAccountability for our Strategic account review program for high service clientsAccountability for jeopardy management for high service clientsAccountable for defensive tender responsesAccountable for driving cross sell of all of Aon to existing clientsMentoring colleagues on standard methodology in client serviceFinding opportunities for industry solutions and cross-sell opportunities across Aon NationalSkills and experience that will lead to success This position will suit someone who is highly motivated to deliver unparalleled client experience and is a strong influencer across a National business. A strategic approach, strong broking, and exceptional client management experience are essential.
