What the day will look like Handling a range of account management, servicing, sales and administration responsibilities Handling high volume of online/offline enquiries via phone and emails The first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs. First point of resolution for team members, client escalations and complaints Investigating and resolving complex queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence. Working towards achieving both your KPI's and driving your team's revenue, acquisition, and retention targets. Identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients. Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies. Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations. Work within company policy, adhered to our call handling guidelines, compliance, laws and regulations. Assisting with mentoring and training team members Assisting with coordinating and facilitating product training for team and internal stakeholders Assist and support Team Leader in upholding high team engagement How this opportunity is different

Skills and experience that will lead to success 2 -3 years experience across the insurance industry, or at a financial services organisation Sound understanding of Commercial Insurance across multiple lines, ideally in Professional Indemnity, Cyber and Business Insurance policies Tier 1 Compliance qualified Residential Strata Insurance experience preferred Interested in dealing with clients and customers and offering outstanding service Managing your workflow and proven success with prioritising work A team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a great team environment An all-rounder who thrives in a highly professional and fast paced position Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of this team Excellent verbal and written communication How we support our colleagues
