Join us and share your ideas, be inspired, give back to the community and feel proud to be a part an organisation doing meaningful work that matters while supporting sustainability, mental health, and well-being.Let's care for tomorrow, so we can create a better future together, for everyone.The role The primary purpose of this role is to assist Allianz customers in their time of need and in a manner that needs to deliver a cost-effective, consistent, and positive experience.You'll be responsible forFollowing the Allianz Property and Catastrophe Claims Management Process.Ensuring and maintaining knowledge of current legislation and how this impact claims management, applying soundly based decision-making to all claims and consistently making liability decisions of increasing complexity at claims lodgement and throughout the life of the claim.Managing a portfolio of Property and Catastrophe claims, from validation to finalisation within PCA authority levels and ensure that client is kept informed as per communication requirements.Reviewing claims and authorising payments for other team members within allocated authority, ensuring adherence to Allianz standards to minimise leakage and increased cost of claim.Managing claimant as well as internal and external stakeholder expectations and relationships.About youMinimum two-years' experience in handling highly complex property and/or commercial claims management processes, and gained in a complex, matrixed general insurance organisation.
