The ACT Insurance Authority seeks an enthusiastic, positive, and motivated individual who has a passion for providing support and assistance to our customers.
You will have a focus on achieving positive outcomes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of claims across multiple general insurance classes.
Mentor and coach other claims officers.
