The ACT Insurance Authority seeks an enthusiastic, positive, and motivated individual who has a passion for providing support and assistance to our customers.
You will focus on achieving positive outcomes with attention to detail.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Director, the Senior Claims Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of claims across multiple general insurance classes.
We are looking for an individual who is organised and has a demonstrated ability to mentor and coach other claims officers.
