Job Description Liaising with relevant third parties to complete accommodation, travel, and other relevant bookings associated with the relocation process.Delivering a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience to your relocating members and their families through world-class case management and communication.Expectation management, ensuring members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.Liaising with internal and external customers/stakeholders to ensure obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met within agreed timelines.The Successful Applicant Proven customer service experience is essential, ideally in a call centre or similar fast-paced environment.Previous experience in roles such as claims officer, travel agent, or recruiter is highly desirable.Highly organised with a strong ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively.Outstanding telephone manner with excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Passionate about providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.What's on Offer Competitive salary.Hybrid working arrangements (2 days from home).Central Brisbane office.Intensive training & ongoing support.Clear career progression - join a global business that truly promotes from within!Fantastic team culture & job security.
