What the day will look like Key responsibilities will include:
Managing claims across a range of risk classes, such as Property, Public Liability or Professional Indemnity – you need to have good experience in at least one of these risk classesCollaborating with colleagues and management to ensure open communicationMaintaining and building relationships with insurers and the global Aon networkReserving and investigating initial claimsTimely lodgment of claimsProviding advice to clients with respect to claim mitigation and claim managementProviding effective presentations to both internal and external stakeholdersManaging the claim lifecycle from notification through to closureDeveloping strong client relationships to help facilitate successful outcomes for clientsDeveloping strong internal and external stakeholder relationships including service providers, brokers and underwritersHow this opportunity is different We are inviting experienced Legal professionals OR Insurance Claims Consultants to apply for a role within our experienced claims team, supporting a portfolio of global and corporate clients. We currently have permanent and contract opportunities available.
The successful person within this team will provide clients full claims management support from start to finish, in an advisory role.
This individual will take on the responsibility of being a subject matter expert to the client and Aon's wider company, offering training and support to colleagues.
Skills and experience that will lead to success At least 2 years legal background OR 3 - 4 years working as a Claims Consultant at an InsurerExperience taking on additional role responsibilities with the ability to take on senior tasksA strong customer service focusStrong prioritization and time management skillsWell-developed verbal and written communication skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholdersOutcome focused – able to overcome obstacles and deliver designated outcomesHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
