Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting legal documents, including contracts, leases, shareholder agreements, settlement terms, wills, estate plans, trusts, and management structures.Sale and purchase of businesses.Representing clients in litigation, including contract disputes, property matters, and common law cases.RequirementsAustralian Practicing Certificate.Police Check.Requisite experience in relevant commercial law or adjacent disciplines.Strong Communication Skills.About UsOur firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services across a broad range of legal matters. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
