You will be at the forefront of estimating for a range of projects, including:Large Bulk Earthworks projects with complex mass haulsWater Storage Dam and Tailings Dam constructionBridges, Bebo Arch, and major concrete structuresWater Pipelines and large Drainage structuresWind Farm earthworks and concrete footingsHeavy Vehicle Haul Road constructionLight Vehicle Road constructionDTMR and TfNSW highway and local road upgradesRehabilitation, clearing, and stripping projectsKey RequirementsTo excel in this role, you will need:Extensive experience in Mining Infrastructure or large Civil Construction projectsSolid background in bulk earthworks, mass hauls, and a detailed understanding of the production limits of large earthworks plant including 793 Trucks, 360t Excavators, 657 Scrapers, and D11 DozersUnderstanding of FIFO and DIDO projects with complex logistics arrangementsAbility to write large bulk earthworks, roadworks, and pipeline methodologiesStrong background in first principles estimatingCapability in developing and evaluating subcontractor packagesKnowledge of DTMR or TfNSW Specifications is desirableAbility to plan and schedule using MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar toolsExperience with Expert Estimating software is desirableAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentYour primary responsibilities will include:Reviewing tender documentation and addressing queries to the clientAttending client meetings with the ability for short term travel interstateBuilding up tender prices from first principles based on scope of works, plans, specifications, and schedulesParticipating in pre-and post-tender reviews and client meetingsProducing comprehensive tender reports in preparation for tender handoverWhat's next?If you would like to join our team and hold full, unlimited working rights in Australia, we encourage you to submit your CV by clicking apply now.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Women and People of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island heritage are strongly encouraged to apply.Interested to learn more about SEE Group?
