As a Senior Civil Engineer – Stormwater (Building Infrastructure), you will support the success of ACOR, both locally and on a national level. This role requires an excellent communicator, that is looking for a mix of office & site-based work. You will need to be a problem solver, who is able to think 'bigger picture' and participate in design delivery and coordination across engineering disciplines, whilst demonstrating a high level of communication and client collaboration.
Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage large projects that include design, specification and reporting aspects. Projects include: Data Centers Hospitals Defence Building Infrastructure Deliverables Large Scale Industrial projects Commercial and Residential Provide technical direction, oversight and management of both engineering and design projects. Ability to act as both the technical lead and resource coordinator on the project. Manage project financials and provide reporting to the National Discipline Lead and business on individual projects. Site based inspections, engineering, and commission services to internal and external projects. Determine and apply appropriate standards and methods to minimise health, safety & environmental risks. Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (accredited by Engineers Australia) Demonstrated competence of civil engineering and project management within an engineering consultancy. Experience in stormwater management, including conveyance, detention and water quality. Demonstrated strong technical skills, particularly in DRAINS, MUSIC and Civil 3D Highly consultative, with proven record of building & maintaining client relationships. Preference to Chartered Engineer however pathway for this can be provided.
