About the role You'll be joining an Engineering office in Rockhampton as an Engineering Manager, or Senior Civil Engineer who wants to step into a Leadership capacity.
You'll provide technical engineering guidance, project management and business development, including managing, growing and guiding a team of Engineers.
The ideal person for this role will have a background in land development type projects across all sectors including commercial, industrial and residential. Senior Level experience as a Civil Engineer with strong capability to manage, guide and grow a team.
