About the Opportunity Committed to the ongoing development and enhancement of the State, they offer industry-leading surveying, engineering, and planning services. We are searching for a professional and dedicated Senior Civil Engineer to support their expanding portfolio of projects. In this role, you will have the chance to work on various civil infrastructure projects throughout Tasmania. Responsibilities include: Overseeing engineering design Preparing drawings Drafting contract documentation for civil engineering works The successful candidate will provide assistance and advice on all civil engineering aspects, from bid preparation to project supervision, as well as mentoring junior engineers. About You This role is suited for an individual with demonstrated civil engineering experience, capable of seamlessly integrating into the team. Ideally, you should have experience in stormwater modeling and a minimum of three to five years of civil and/or hydraulic design experience within Australia. To be considered for this position, you must: Hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Have three to five plus years of relevant experience in civil and/or hydraulic design Have a working knowledge of Austroads and local/service authority design standards Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills Additionally, the following would be advantageous: Chartered Membership (CPEng) of Engineers Australia or eligibility Experience using AutoCAD, Civil Site Designs, DRAINS, EPANET, or similar design software If you believe you have the skills and experience required to excel in this position, please apply now at www.randstad.com.au .
