The Role
As part of the Civil Transport team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of infrastructure in Queensland. We're in search of technically proficient and client-focused individuals to help expand the Civil Engineering capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise to plan and execute projects that benefit both the company and clients
Undertake a wide range of civil engineering activities – planning, design, construction supervision
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering their growth and development
Take ownership of projects, managing resources and budgets to ensure quality outcomes
Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for professional development
Key Criteria
Hold a recognized Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent RPEQ or eligible
Possess extensive knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, with experience in road and highway infrastructure design
Highway design background for state road authorities
8 to 12+ years of experience in road and highway infrastructure projects
Desire to mentor and grow less experienced Engineers
Excellent communication skills, with experience in report writing and client interactions
