Known for delivering high-quality engineering and project management services, they work across urban and regional land development, housing, and civil infrastructure for both private and public sector clients.About YouYou'll take on project-broad responsibilities and wider scopes of challenging work in a 'direct' work environment and a bureaucracy-free zone. You'll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst leading and mentoring your team.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Civil Engineer, you will:

Lead and mentor junior team members while building strong client relationships.Handle design, documentation, and modeling for roadworks, subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics & earthworks.Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.Provide technical input and ensure designs meet project and client requirements.Key Skills & AttributesTo excel in this role, you will ideally have:

A Civil Engineering degree (recognised by Engineers Australia).8-20 years of engineering experience.Familiarity with Austroads standards and Australian regulations.Experience in geometric design and modeling, including the use of tools like 12D or similar software.Strong design experience in roads, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.A proactive attitude towards mentoring and team management.What's on OfferThis is a chance to join a forward-thinking company that values your growth, both professionally and personally.
