Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ELECTRICAL ENGINEER for a hydroelectric project located in Southeastern New South Wales, Australia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to the production of design deliverables while coordinating with production teams in France.
Review and control specific deliverables as needed.
Participate in internal and external technical meetings with FGJV and the Employer (SHL) to address comments during the production phase.
Attend resolution meetings and workshops regarding technical comments from FGJV/SHL.
Coordinate design activities related to thermal studies, concrete formulation, and durability justification.
Collaborate on architectural studies with the Client and the Employer.
Manage post-IFC studies for minor changes requested by the Client/Employer, in coordination with our client for major changes.
Review and approve shop drawings and As-Built Drawings.
Respond to site inquiries related to design packages approved at the IFC stage.
Conduct occasional site inspection visits related to initial concrete activities, including prefabrication of MH elements.
Communicate directly with client representatives on-site to resolve any non-compliance issues.
PROFIL: Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically within large-scale civil engineering projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory), Robot, Ansys, and AutoCAD (recommended).
Ability to prepare deliverables in English.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
