You will be working as part of the Community Development team. This role will suit an experienced Civil Engineer with general urban, land and subdivision design along with project management experience.Your Responsibilities Civil design, design coordination of urban, land and subdivision projects, from feasibility through to construction Project management of Civil projects through the design stage including preparation of design briefs, completion of design reviews, procuring suitable resources subconsultants, management of the design deliverables and preparation / review of invoices Preparing technical reports and specifications Coordinating between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects Undertaking and managing site inspections Liaising with authorities and stakeholders to coordinate the approval of designs.
