Newcastle, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSW Civil/Structural Engineering (Engineering) Government - Local (Government & Defence) Full time City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking a self-motivated civil engineering professional to assist in the management and delivery of civil projects, joining our team in Project Management Office.
As the Senior Civil Designer, you'll draw on your civil engineering and project management experience to deliver high-quality civil designs and documentation for road, drainage, and recreational infrastructure.
You'll be responsible for facilitating project development and implementation to the satisfaction of the client, resolving technical issues that arise in the provision of services, managing specialist consultant services, and carrying out design audits with regard to safety and quality.
In addition to working independently on your assigned projects, you'll also mentor and support less experienced team members in civil design and delivery of civil projects.
