No big company functional silos, bureaucracy or politics.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior / Civil Designer, you'll undertake detailed design, documentation and modelling of major and minor roadworks, local area traffic management, subdivisions, commercial building developments and general civil engineering works. No two days will be the same.Key Skills & AttributesIdeally, you'll have, as a minimum;Advanced Diploma Civil Engineering (or equivalent)5 to 15 years of consultancy design experienceUnderstanding of Austroads & relevant Australian StandardsExperience with 12D modelling, Civil 3D, AutoCAD (or equivalents)Subdivisions, roads, hydraulics or varied civil expertiseAbility to undertake designs, manage projects and a small design teamImpeccable verbal, interpersonal & written communication skillsAbility to work with or lead, manage and mentor design draftersProven ability to engage with & foster strong relationships with clientsAbility to work autonomously & deliver work on time & budgetThese are unique and rare opportunities to join privately owned growth businesses where you can define your future career and grow personally and professionally.An attractive salary package will be negotiated depending on your experience.
