Requirements:
Strong skills in 12D software and other relevant design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, land development, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to produce accurate and thorough design documents.

Strong written and verbal skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
