Senior Civil Designer (12d or Civil 3D)
Immediate project diversity between Buildings, Local infrastructure + Subdivisions
$110K - $130K + super
Must have a solid 12d or Civil 3D design capability
Multidiscplinary consulting group
20 + in the civil design team
Hiuge carrer progression opportunities given the booming Perth market (Design manager / Lead / Director / Senior management)
Looking for:
Experienced across concept/feasibility to detailed civil design/engineering of:
Buildings
- Mixed-use / InFill/ Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Education - Designing the associated civils around buildings - car parks, stormwater drainage, intersections +
Subdivisions -
Anything from 2 lot up to 1000+ lot subdivisions - Water & Sewer - Roads - Earthworks - wetlands - drainage
Roads/Infrastructure
- Drainage, Road alignment, pavements, intersections, roundabouts + more
