Key Responsibilities: Manage project design delivery within specified timeframes and budgets. Lead design and project management for urban land development projects, from concept to construction phase. Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety in design practices. Mentor junior staff. About You: Minimum 10 years' design experience. Degree in Civil Engineering. Background in land development, including residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12d, DRAINS, MUSIC, MS Project, and MS Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on report writing. Excellent knowledge of SEQ market, Australian Standards, and Council design standards. Understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package with an annual bonus.
